Shopping was easy. I was offered options across all price points. The highest price isn’t always the best choice, so I was able to compare mattresses across the spectrum in a low stress environment and make the right choice for me.

Cara was very helpful! She answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). I went home that day and did some more research and of course I had some additional questions which she was able to help me with over the phone the following day. Cara returned my calls within a timely manner and she was able to help complete my purchase over the phone along with assisting me through the financing process.

Good and but pushy sales people.
When shopping we felt pressured not to try too many mattresses. We were also hounded by Cara. I understand sales but you don’t need to be that pushy where you come by every 2-3 minutes to try and talk through everything.
Called about a missing delivery of a pillow but Vicki never returned my call. When I called back 4 days later she had no answer. It was eventually delivered.
Delivery people, Jo and Ryan, were fast, fun and very friendly. Would easily recommend them.

Bought a mattress & they helped load it up. Turns out a queen mattress fits in the bed of a very old GMC Sierra with the cover closed. Who knew.
