Accidentally shipped some items to this store instead of our closest store. The cashier at the returns desk helping us get them checked us out for a couple items we bought in store. She gave us our military discount and asked if we received our military discount on the online order, we told her no it wouldn’t let us. She credited the online order and said if it ever happened again just to call and they would take care of it manually. It was nice to have someone go that little extra for you,

My kid loved the monthly crafts session here in Lowe’s. Donna Lou was extremely helpful and very kind to everyone. Hope it would continue to be such a great session!

Do not use there same day delivery service. It's through a third party delivery service. I am still waiting on my items to find a driver to deliver my lumber.. I paid 150 for the extra convenience and it's been a headach.. unfortunately there is nothing the lowes employees can do... I reached out to the company and all I got was we are sorry we are waiting for a driver... so stupid that a company that offers same day delivery has to have another company do the delivering..

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Multiple employees failed us this afternoon with poor communication skills, as sales floor associates. Man named Abrub sold us a washer to be picked up TODAY. As ours broke and our clothes are sitting in water as I type. Was waiting patiently around for about 45 minutes after purchasing for someone to bring the washer outside for us. Long story short, Abrub sold us a washer that wasn’t in stock when he knew we were picking it up today, right then. It MOST CERTAINLY was not coming.
Why would you make your customers wait almost an entire hour after PURCHASING to figure out if it’s in stock or not. The most unpleasant hardware store visit I’ve had in my life.
How this horrible visit ended was: we got a refund instead of buying a second washer that was in stock and went to Home Depot and left with a washer within 20 minutes!!!
