Yesterday, my daughter had a little accident on the floor. Embarrassed, both her and I, I proceeded on telling staff. Obviously they took care of the issue right away and made my 4 year old feel relief, instead of guilt. I just want to thank you guys again, I'm a very frequent shopper and am always treated so nicely and respected as a customer here. I would recommend this place to any shopper, but careful in the parking lot as it is a tight fit. Even that doesn't stop me from shopping here, though. Deals are amazing and staff is ALWAYS the best. Thank you, and sorry, once again!

Kroger's Midland store is perhaps the worst grocery store I have ever shopped at. Workers are unfriendly, obviously not happy to be there.. The store is not very clean & the parking lot is awful & their carts are dirty & awful to use. A family member visiting from out of town was shocked when he visited the store commenting it was the worst Kroger's he's ever seen. Personally Kroger's could learn a lot from Publix or Winn Dixie in terms of customer service. Needless to say I will shop elsewhere in the future. Midland deserves better!

Always find great deals shopping at Krogers?. There cakes are awesome! Best spider man ever!!! My 4 year old grandson and his family and friends. LOVED!! EVERYTHING...the cake was moist. The frosting wasn't overly sweet, it was creamy and wiped just right. Light and Fluffy and so tasty. Best birthday cake I've had in a long time, that I didn't have to make myself.

Always have NEW or LIMITED EDITION items first.! I came in yesterday 4/27/2024 approximately 7:30pm and the dairy isle was facing the store and it was stocked well.!! I've worked in grocery for years and it looked amazing.!! Good job team/Mitch.

Just spent 15.00 on freshly sliced Boarshead deli meat and got home to notice it expires today. They circled the date for me. How considerate.Maybe NOT sell expired meats.I called and was told"we do it all the time".Family Fare also sells Boarshead. JUST SAYING

This place smells like LITERAL feces. There is nothing more off-putting than walking into a store to buy food and smelling this overwhelmingly strong smell of you know what... It makes me hesitant to shop there anymore because it makes it seem very dirty and I don't know if i trust buying food somewhere like this because I worry it might make me sick. It's very nauseating! The first time was probably at least a year ago, and I thought maybe a customer had an accident, but it has happened many, many times now. I mentioned it to some coworkers and they said they've smelled it too and were super grossed out! I don't go in now unless I really need to because half the time it's honestly so bad and so gross. I just went in again a couple days ago and once again it smelled like straight up human waste! Their produce tends to be pretty decent and they have some stuff that other stores don't, which is nice so that's why I give it a couple stars.

Pharmacy is garbage. Told me they didn’t believe my prescription was real and treated me like a drug addict and was very dismissive and ill-mannered towards me and turned me away even after verifying my prescription with my doctor directly. Never have I been treated in such a way and I’m very disappointed with my experience in this dirty store
