“It had been several years since I had my (1969) diamond cleaned and checked. A couple weeks ago I noticed it started to snag on my bath towels. Good thing I had it inspected before it possibly could have fallen out and been lost forever- found out there was a problem with several prongs holding my diamond in place. Michael went above and beyond the ordinary cleaning and repairing. Even though for about a week I felt naked without my ring, due to his professionalism, caring, and skill I have decide to get a cleaning and inspection for any potential repairs once a year.
