Jays was personally highly recommended a few years back by a local auto store. They have always gone above and beyond, even when busy & have integrity in their work often at far below competitors prices. They are an extremely rare gem these days. They have a calm, compassionate demeanor, & helped me multiple times when I nearly panicked or was in a bind...often on cusp of their open hours... they recommended towing today that had same service and integrity too. It is nice that they and their partnerships treat you like family, possibly better than family. Good hearted people who love and care about their community more than their pockets.

First time going to this shop and it was a great experience! Everyone is friendly, great work, and great prices. I brought my used truck I had just purchased to them and asked if they could look at some concerns I had. They kept me up to date on the repairs the whole time they had my truck. Now my truck runs great, no more wheel shaking, and I'm super happy!

Jay's is always great at getting our vehicles in and doing good work. We've had all our oil changes through them (to keep our warranty), tire rotations, brakes, and a new windshield. All were quick and reasonably priced, and when our brand new windshield had a piece of rubber come loose and start flapping in the wind, they were able to get us in right away and take care of it at no charge. The parking lot is really difficult to navigate, but they do good work.

Got new tires they didn't put new value stems now I'm paying someone else to do it they tried to charge me more than the original price don't go there

?? LOOK HERE ? BEST in Midland! ??Now that I have your attention...let me share with you my experience at Jay's Auto. They fixed my Jeep & put tires on my camper!! ?As a newbie to the area, I was told this shop had the best mechanics around, I was not disappointed. They were honest about my repairs & respectful when explaining the work. Also fair with their price every time. If you need a reliable mechanic in the future, CALL THESE GUYS!
