This place is extremely reliable. I have had them service and repair over half a dozen vehicles in the past decade. On the rare occasion war something hasn't been perfect. They have stood behind at 100%. They are completely trustworthy and stand behind their work like you wish everybody would.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to take their vehicle here. Had to wait two weeks to get my car diagnosed because one person was out of work for a broken leg. After the wait they misdiagnosed my issue and wanted to charge me $3200 for a timing belt replacement. After picking up my car to take it to another auto shop they tried to change the repair price to $1900 to keep the business. Took my car to Ford midland and was told I needed an exhaust solenoid to check my car. Got that and was then told I needed a new engine, which was only $3000 labor and parts.Hate to think I would've been out over $6000 for $3500 of repairs if I had let them keep and work on my car. Luckily I didn't trust them after getting such a terrible quote and moved my car over to a real mechanic.These people can't properly diagnose car issues and will run your money dry wasting your time on repairs you don't need. This shop doesn't practice higher standards, it's just a lie they tell you to trick customers. I'd avoid taking your car here with any issue other than maintenance, otherwise you'll end up having your money and time wasted.

If you want quality service where you get actual information and a smile from a shop kitty, come here. I know it’s a little bit pricer but you can’t expect a store like lalondes to have the same prices as Walmart.

This Business truly understands that it's the little things that keep customers coming back. We purchased a truck last month at a dealership and the tonneau cover rails fell off. We contacted the dealership and they did not even offer to look at it, stating that It was not covered under warranty because it is an accessory. We stopped at Higher Standard and they fixed it on the spot and would not even let us pay for it because it was such a quick and simple job.This is not the first time that they have done something like this for us. I am finished with going to the dealership for maintenance and service. Higher Standard has earned my loyalty.
