Worst service/work I have ever experienced. We agreed to have our cabinets refaced. Installers have been to the house over 3 months - 3 separate times because each time it has not been finished correctly. They sent the "best" guy they had the last time and it's still not right. They asked to come out a 4th time to finish. I declined since the first 3 times it didn't work out. Why would I think the 4th time would? They offered us $500 compensation on our $15K job that still looks like garbage. I'm not continuing this escapade.Service: Kitchen remodeling

This Home Depot is the store I go to first if I ever need anything they might sell. Not only do they have a great selection with quality items, everyone is always friendly here and someone almost always stops me to ask if I need help. But this store goes above and beyond in regards to customer service.Just to give an example of what I mean, I ordered a small chest freezer off the Home Depot app and after it was delivered, I unboxed it and saw it was damaged. So I called the store and spoke to James who told me he could give me the number to have someone schedule to pick it up to exchange it or I could just bring it in, which I did. I didn't even need the box. Freezers stock levels were tough, but James not only went out of his way to find me a new freezer, he went to a nearby town to pick it up and bring it back to the store for me! He also refunded my initial delivery fee and sold me the next size up for the same price!Then, when I get the new chest freezer home when wiping out the inside, I notice at the bottom in one of the corners there's a gap. So now I'm worried that when frost builds up and I defrost the freezer water might leaked into that gap. So I text James who is off work but still replies to me, kindly sympathizing and suggests I call the store.I end up talking to the operations manager, Nick Chambers. He offers to swap it out for me or lets me know it would be fine if I wanted to seal it. I agree that I'd like to keep it after everything that happened and that sealing the bottom would be the best choice. So Nick ends up giving me a free professional caulking gun and caulk, a total $30 value.I already thought Home Depot had the best selection and the friendliest staff. But after everything I've experienced with this store, I'm a Home Depot customer for life.

I love the service; have bought several pieces of furniture and I have always been pleased. Home Depot has great prices and the quality is really good for the price.

Samantha at the service desk was not only rude but embarrassing to us. Telling other customers "go somewhere else this is going to take a long time" When she was unable to find our Home Depot card she loudly stated "your over your limit". So if you couldn't find our card how are we over the limit. So embarrassing. Mind you we are paying $4,000 for new counters. Everyone else, Amy, Kristy and Andy we made contact with very helpful.

Geez. Read the negative comments and wow! My experiance thus far with home depot has been good. Windows, doors, faucet and garage door all bought and installed by home depot contractors. I have has nothing but an excellent experiance with them. I cannot imagin the problems these guys had. Maybe it is accurate and honest, but I have had the opposite experiance.

I always and I mean ALWAYS receive helpful, fast, friendly service at the Midland Home Depot. You definitely have spoiled me! I had to go last week to that other (blue and white store) and the difference between your store and employees is HUGE. I was completely ignored. I never feel invisible when shopping at Home Depot! I only spend my money at your store from now on. keep up the great work. Your manager & employees deserve a pat on the back!

Stopped in today (Memorial Day weekend) and they were super busy, but everyone was cheerful and helpful! The girl at the service desk even looked up a Pro order quote for us (without us asking) even though the Pro desk was closed today. Someone stopped to help us load up lumber and the person helping load mulch was great! Thank you for being prepared for a hectic weekend and having such helpful, pleasant employees!

Never have home depot install anything for you. I attempted to have them install a door for me. They charge you 30 dollars before anyone comes out then they use a company called multiserve which is awful as well. Hard to get a hold of mot friendly. So long story short after three weeks they tell me we can't install for you. So I asked for the measurement and they said we can't provide that either. Just awful service they have lost a customer for life. Hello Lowe's
