“Luca, who works in the custom framing area, was so very helpful in reframing a picture for me. She gave me advice for the size of picture I would need to fit an empty floating frame I had. Later, I found and purchased that size picture elsewhere. I returned to Michael's to have the picture mounted in my frame. Luca carefully and promptly did the installation. When I went to pay for this service, she told me Michael's does this type of "drop-in" at no charge. I was so surprised and delighted. Thank you, Michael's and Luca!”
