Worst experience we ever had kid working had 0 customer service very rude and unprofessional laughed at us when we told them we would buy a couch if someone would help us. The other two girls working was just as bad. Would not recommend wasting your time with this company.

A great selection of Living Room furniture, Bedroom furniture and mattresses, and Dining table/chairs. If you need a La-Z-Boy recliner, this is definitely the store for you.Their prices are reasonable. Over the years, I have purchased several pieces of furniture and a mattress from them. I have always been happy with their selection, staff, and service.

It was mighty expensive in their. They don't sell full sets of furniture and they over priced it. We ended up having to go through Amazon and another place to furnish our new home.

I moved to Midland last October and my home is twice the size of my previous home. Loved the personal service and suggestions to use the Lazy Boy pieces I already had while buying complementary pieces to fill in the empty spaces. I just love my home.

All this feedback stated with the understanding that the global supply chain caused necessary delays to delivery (purchased end of October, expected before Christmas --> delayed to mid January --> delayed to the end of January).The store has deceptive pricing tactics (e.g. big price signs on beds only to discover that each piece of the bed (headboard, railings, footboard) are all priced individually and the displayed price is for the headboard only.We had to proactively reach out to you to learn about expected delivery dates and lengthy delays to the expected date. You should have proactively been notifying us of changed expectations.Shipping costs were not conveyed at the time of purchase.Assembly requirements were not conveyed at the time of purchase.We were led to believe that a sedan could not fit our furniture (because we did not know that it needed to be assembled). As a result, we resigned to pay the shipping fee unnecessarily.This whole experience was not a customer-centered design and we will be recommending people to use Dan Dan's or ship from Ikea in the future.

Once I arrived, the vulture found his prey as I was quickly ushered from the sales flyer Ad chair to a more expensive chair. I say I'm not interested, befuddled salesperson looks at the printout and asks my name takes down my info and after misspelling my name and shows a different chair that's one hundred dollars more so I said I take this one, then ask if I would like to pay using their credit card, I ask don't you work off commission, you make money by making sales. If nobody buys, you don't get paid right? you try and get the best deal because most of the customers don't know much about all the tricky credit stuff, yep... so can I take the chair Today? well.... no, we are sold out of the warehouse, Ok I take this one I'm sitting in, hmm, I'm sorry you cant take anything off the showroom, thanks, bye :(

Update: 12/1 After 6 months of waiting for our order we canceled the order. Godwin's never contacted us once. Whenever we get a Godwin's flyer it goes directly in the trash. We now have beautiful leather furniture from Costco that arrived right on time and was delivered and set-up for free.Update: Aug 23. It's been 6 weeks since we were told our order shipped. It was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. Then we were told 2 to 3 weeks. To avoid giving me any concrete dates they keep saying the shipping date is an "estimate". They won't tell us if the order actually shipped. Customer service just regurgitates the same revolving excuses and platitudes.August 9th. Still waiting for furniture we ordered back in the middle of April. We spent over 3k and we've never had a update call from the company. The last time I called, the salesperson said their records indicated we had already picked up one of the items which we certainly had not. And now, because of this "mix-up" we don't even have a shipment date for that item. As for the bulk of the order the salesperson said the estimated shipment date was July 15th with an arrival date 2-3 weeks after shipment. It's Aug 9th. It's already been 3 weeks and they can't tell me if the order has even shipped yet. What sort of relationship with their wholesalers doesn't allow a simple email to check on a shipment? Their lack of respect for their customers and complete apathy regarding return business floors me. We will never order from Godwin's again.
