My dog was sick for about 1.5 months. After 7 visits and lots of promises to research to figure out what was wrong there was not a diagnosis. I understand there isn't always an answer. On Jun 6 my dog got so bad that I called to see if the vet on duty could look at her records to see if there was anything else they could do. I was told they could look late afternoon. As I was on the phone she was getting worse and crying non stop, which the recepionist could hear. I decided it was time and asked if I could get her in ASAP to put her down. The best they could do was 430p and it was only 10a. I said she is suffering please can't you make an exception and I was told no. I wrote a letter to the owner of Eastman Animal hospital explaining how upsetting it was to be turned away when I needed them the most. Never did anyone respond or even ackowledge that my dog died. I am disgusted by this behavoir and I think they are just too busy to have any compasion. I will never ever step foot in that office again.

Disgusting! An 18 year old , Urine soaked obviously dying cat comes in per a rescue paying the Bill. You can't verify it so you have them come back and pick her up? Are you out of your mind? I would caution anyone using this practice. Definitely not a good representation of a veterinarian clinic who is compassionate. You could have posted on Facebook for someone to pay... instead, you handed the box with the cat soaking in urine to a family who took her back home. Hospital? No I think this should not be called a hospital. Lack of Animal care... definitely.

They killed my cat. Told them she could not have anesthesia... they did a procedure that required it and she died that night. Tried to talk to the vet 3 times but she literally hid in one of the rooms.. They refunded my money but never apologized. I guess they thought it was enough to give me back her ashes. She was only 5.

They always go above and beyond. They have always found room for me in an emergency. I have an accident prone small dog and at least 3 different times I've called in a panic and they got us right in. The techs are nice and helpful.and they have competitive prices

I brought our rescue to this vet earlier this summer. My dog had a seizure and we visited an ER vet but were asked to follow up with our regular vet. They would not return my call and no one answers the phone. I found another vet who could see my dog in an urgent manner. I've tried to get records from them and they are not responsive. I'd avoid.

The staff are friendly, but the last two visits we've had the office has been completely overbooked. Currently waiting more than 30 minutes and have not been taken in for our appointment.

Brynn is always so sweet and kind towards our animals. My mom dropped off our dog this morning for an emergency surgery. Mila didn’t want to go in and kept hiding her head into mom. Brynn picked her up, talked to her and calmed her down. It was a relief this morning for our family

Superior care from our rabbits, cats, dogs, to our horses. So comforting with our end of life decisions that were awful and encouragement with our passion for rescues! A+

Dr. Eliana came out for an emergency visit after my horse got his head stuck in a feed door! (Very comical now, not so much at the time) She was fantastic and so great with my very unique and personality filled horse. So excited to have her at the vet clinic with Dr. Roberts! Thanks so much for all of the help!

So thankful for this entire staff. Since day 1, they have been so caring toward my little girl, even tho she struggles with anxiety, they never were standoffish & treated her like one of their own. Everybody there knows my mack

Just recently moved back to Michigan and have landed ourselves at the vet quite often lately. I am always able to get an appointment quickly and they are straight to the point. Dr. Tarrants saved our 2 year old chocolate lab on Wednesday and I am so thankful she is still here with us. Happy to have found a vet I am comfortable with.

Dr Wenzel, all the techs, and other staff are wonderful. The receptionist was able to get my sick girl in asap when our other vet couldn't. They were all very professional about my very cranky Kala (I know it's like a rodeo with her when she is not feeling well). Dr Wenzel did what he thought would be best for my girl and spent a good amount of time talking with me about what could be going on and what the next step would be. I would highly recommend this amazing animal hospital. I want to thank everyone there for helping my Kala and for them to know Kala is thankful too.
