I’ve never been so thrilled to write a review. Craig (the owner of Duane’s) is top notch. I was quoted close to $1,200 for a bumper scratch. Craig did the work for half the cost and he worked with my schedule to get it done. All of the reviews below are spot on, he truly is an incredible business owner. He does all of the work himself so you can trust your car is in good hands. We need more business owners like Craig in this world. He quoted me exactly for the work that was needed and went above and beyond.

Stopped in with a door ding and Craig directed me to another shop that would save me some money and the paint job. He was 100% correct and I appreciate the honesty advice.

Other body shops quoted me between $1000 to $1400. Graig made it look 99% better for $75. Duane's Body Shop is awesome!

Craig is absolutely fantastic! He went out of his way to make the scheduling convenient and he did great work. He is incredibly honest and will not try to sell you work that doesn't need to be done. I will recommend him to everyone who needs body work done!

Went to Duane’s with dog scratches on both drivers side doors. Other body shops quoted $2k+. Duane quoted me $50 and buffed it out in less than 30 minutes! He was very honest and good with communication. Appreciated his service and will be highly recommending him!Service: Body & Trim

I have taken two of my leased cars to them to fix before turning them back in to the dealer. My chevy trax 3 years ago and today my chevy silverado to have the front bumper worked on. The owner's son fit me into his schedule on a Friday the day I contacted them to take a look at the truck. Very helpful and always fast and efficient service.Service: Body & Trim

Great shop. Very clean. The garage is cleaner than most restaurants. The owner is detail-oriented and does work in a timely and affordable manner. He fixed a problem that another body shop left me with. He did it in five minutes and he did it for free. He's typically booked up. The reason? Very pleasant to work with and extremely competent. When finished there was no sign that the car was ever in an accident. 7 year old vehicle with perfect paint match. Can't say enough positive comments. If body work is ever needed again it will be Duane's Body Shop doing the work.

Hands down thee best and most experienced body shop in town!Duane is kindest gentleman you could meet, and is very customer oriented! His knowledge of his field is unparalleled in the tri-cities!I went in for a quote on a loose bumper, but Duane instead stated it was easy and fixed it free of charge in 12 minutes! He even took it upon himself to inspect areas around my bumper to make sure there were no additional issues!I would adamantly recommend Duanes Body Shop to anyone in need of auto services!11/10
