They a bot answering the pharmacy phone. One of the dumbest I’ve heard. Nobody wants to talk to a bot. If you insist on having one, the first thing IT should ask is “do you want to speak to a bot, press 1, if you want to speak to a person, press 2”. That simple. I gave you a 2 star because I’m trying to be nice and hope take my advice. An obnoxious bot answering your phone tells all your customers just how little you really care about them. Hmmmm, Caremark, what does that imply?

Every time I go to this location they have sale tags that have little to no info saying what's actually on sale point of example today half the store meds and vitamins say buy one get 50% off but does not list any exclusions so grabbed acouple for a restock get to the counter to find out everything to be full price

I just called about transferring a script because I couldn’t wait for it to be ordered. The pharmacist went out of her way to get the prescription done at CVS today for me so I won’t miss any doses. Amazing service. So glad I called to inquire!!

Worst place I’ve ever worked at in my LIFE. they do not care about their employees. Most specifically the pharmacy manager. She does not care if the place is falling apart, she only cares about working her employees to the bone. Terrible drama all the time and zero effort from any of the managers to curb it. Lazy workers, most of whom, talk terribly about their patients. I have never met anyone as selfish as these people. If you want staff that cares about you or your loved ones, don’t come here.

Says the pharmacy department opens at 7am when fact they don't open until 8am. Good pharmacy, just correct hours on online.

Terrible pharmacy. Consistently rude, inconsiderate and apparently oblivious to the needs of their customers. We picked up a new prescription for my wife at this pharmacy. I asked the employee if there were any other prescriptions ready and she said “no”. She then said “that will be one forty seven”. We have some expensive prescriptions so I asked, “one hundred and forty seven dollars?”. She rolled her eyes and said, “one dollar and forty seven cents”. When we were about 8 or 10 miles from the pharmacy my wife received a text from CVS stating that she had another prescription ready to be picked up.I don’t appreciate the rolling eyes and I sure don’t appreciate having to return to the pharmacy when I had asked if there were any more prescriptions ready.These are just a couple of examples but unfortunately we’ve had many bad experiences. We would move to another pharmacy but our insurance company has made their deal with CVS.

So bad; Pharmacy closes 1:30 to 2. Six cars ahead of me at 2...still 6 cars ahead of me at 2:38. Watch...they'll tell me to come back in half an hour.... And wait in line again.

CVS Pharmacy 1015 S Saginaw Rd Midland MI
This is by the far WORST pharmacy ever. Every single encounter I’ve ever had at this pharmacy has been a complete nightmare. Do not waste time to go there. Pharmacy staff including the pharmacist are not only rude and unprofessional but they do make you feel unwelcomed and unwanted. Shamefully, the pharmacist hears and sees what's going on at all times. They will make you come back again and again for similar prescriptions and when you call, they will invariably hang up on you or walk away from the consultation counter. I would give zero score but option for the lowest score is one star which they DO NOT even deserve that too. Definitely, most screwed up pharmacy and customer service organization. Organization should close this facility for good and fire them all. These people should never be given option to get hired again. There are plenty of options in the city and strongly suggest to dump this nasty pharmacy and switch to different local pharmacy.
IN SUMMARY:
HORRIBLE pharmacy and Shameless staff. Fair warning, DO NOT take risk to go there.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS CVS!!!

I’d watch to make sure if you have prescriptions that could be expired that they aren’t because I went and picked mine up and they gave me one that expired last month and can’t get a new one for 3-4 days. Extremely unhappy

I went to this CVS store on my lunch to pick up a prescription and was turned away because it was 1:30, their lunch time and I was to come back later. As I was the only one in line, I left the store wondering why one of the 2 employees at the pharmacy couldn't have gotten my prescription for me while they staggered their lunch by a couple of minutes.Paul Reid
