“Someone backed into my car and scraped the front fender. I went to several places for estimates on repainting. Most wanted to tack on extra charges to also repaint the door and bumper. Suderman's gave a much more competitive price and only repainted the fender. They touched up the TINY scrape on the bumper by hand (this was my preference). They finished earlier than estimated, and the fender paint matches perfectly. The car looks great, you can't even tell that any work was done! I will return to Suderman's for any future body work.”
“Wonderful folks here. Called them at 4:45pm last Monday, my truck had broken down and I needed a rental. Todd came and picked me up, they gave me a good vehicle... stayed late to make sure I was all set. Needed an extension on my rental term and took care of it over the phone, no hassle. When my truck was ready to be picked up, they gave me a ride back to the mechanic's shop. Friendly, straight forward, honest business. Highly recommend this place if you need a rental! “My insurance made an appointment to have my windshield replaced with Safelite.
When I contacted them to let them know my car would be towed there, they said they could reschedule and come to my car to replace the windshield within the same week! Instant stress relief.
Todd was our assigned installation tech, he is professional, kind and quick! He gave a 15 min courtesy call before his arrival and was thorough with the after care process - no driving after an hour, and no car washes for 24 hours. He even moved my carwash subscription sticker to the new windshield.
Will definitely hire again - fingers crossed I don't have to but if I do I now know who to call.”
