I recently upgraded to an S24. Jacob was great from the start to the finish. He is very knowledgeable about all their products and plans. He told me all the information regarding the upgrade and then let me decide when was best for me to make the upgrade. I really appreciate his knowledge and straight forward approach. I don't feel like I was "sold" into something I did not want. When I got my new phone, he spent nearly an hour with me ensuring everything transferred over from the old phone. Jacob is my "go to" guy there. He is an asset to the company.

While they were friendly, they did not show too much interest in resolving my issues with my new AT&T service because 1. I signed up at Costco (which I am finding a HUGE mistake) 2. Unless I wanted to purchase a new service and buy their/AT&T phones kind of blew me off. I will most likely port my numbers back to Verizon.

We made an appointment with Jacob and he is truly fantastic! AT&T has a real gem in Jacob. He was warm, friendly, professional and super knowledgeable about the phones and plans. He patiently answered all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better experience! In fact, all of the employees at this location were very good, since we were able to observe them helping other customers.

I don’t care what other people think but I hate att. Its been 6 months and they still couldn’t solve my problem. They don’t care about my situation. I really want to sue them because I’m tired and sick of these people’s carelessness. Every time when I go to their store, they always have some excuse to not to solve my problem.

Went into to the local AT&T store in midland, and may i just say des the manager is phenomenal was looking to get a galaxy watch and they didnt have any in stock. So this awesome guy goes to a different location and drops the watch off to me at my work. I would highly recommend working with DESMOND!!

He is pretty Awesome and a great salesman. He helped us with everything and explained everything until we understood completely. He answered every question we had.
