Donna was the laziest and rudest Aldi employee/curbside shopper ive ever come across, at all stores ive ever been to. We went in the store 2 minutes after picking up our order curbside and found 3/4 items she claimed unavailable. She didnt bother to replace our raw chicken with ANY other kind or burger buns. Youre telling me there werent other brands or kinds to offer replacements? Donna replaced cheddar cheese with Swiss cheese. There was MULTIPLE kinds of cheddar available. Gave us brown rice instead of white and said absolutely nothing. No communication at all EVEN when i messaged first. The order lists a SILVER sedan. She goes up to a RED truck and 2 others before coming to my window and being SO rude. Inconsiderate, lazy, and rude. Definitely not the face of Aldi that i usually know.

I love shopping at Aldi. This is $270 worth of groceries while buying organic/cagefree/grass fed. One thing to expect is that some items might be out of stock from time to time but other than that it's my favorite store.
