Customer service is amazing there is a manager named Nick that was very helpful and found all the items I needed quickly. Very impressive. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for rent to own merchandise .

Had a family member pass away and a lot of extra expenses I explained to them what was happening and that I needed a little bit close to a month if they could work with me they said that was fine as Long as I made a small payment that day my wife and I made the payment and continued to receive calls daily after I was told that I had time and that they understood in the end I sent the item back so just letting everyone know that life has some unexpected turns and arona doesn't careP.s I usually don't leave bad reviews

Husband has been coming for something like 7 years! Nick is super awesome, friendly, and overall a great guy.The store is always clean though my family is from Grand Rapids we've felt ZERO need to choose a Rent-to-Own business closer to us. Nick is always a phone call away for any issues and his crew will travel anywhere in MI that we need them!We've gotten a variety of things from Nick, from laptops, couches, gaming systems and they're always top notch and quality items

Recommend this place to anybody. Spoke with Nick about needing a fridge and not even a day later Nick had a fridge delivered to my house. He went above and beyond and it's not the first time he has done this for me. Company who truly cares about there customers.

Always requesting extra payments, stoping by my house twice a week KNOWING I'm paid up on my bill ( I pay double payments) then wanting an extra fee for stopping out. I gave my stuff back and went elsewhere. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

they have very lousy service. went through them and had a friend go there for a referral bonus and when the guy stopped paying they harassed me about an account that wasn't mine. then the assistant manager Eric brought my daughter into it saying that if I didn't help them that it would be worse for my daughter if I went to jail. Horrible people. and when I returned everything, somehow a nintendo switch just disappeared in their possession

They lied about not taking money off my debit card with out my consent. They took it a week after I just made a payment and for twice as much as our agreement was. I will NEVER do business with them again!
