They’ll be sure to take payment for your auto, motorcycle and road side assistance insurance, but when you actually need roadside assistance they’ll leave you stranded on the side of the road in 100+ deg day. Absolutely terrible way to treat people let a lone a long time customer.

Just had a question about car insurance and everything went fine ...but really miss Scott Reidenaur. He was always so nice to talk to and always could go over anything with us and was on top of it. I don't like calling the 800 number at all!

Very attentive when it comes to getting you signed up for insurance as well as collecting payments. When it comes to customer service, be prepared for bots, endless menu selections that take you no where. In the years since I started this I’ve only needed help maybe 4 times. Not once did I get a real person the first day. Leave a message which does not get returned within 24 hours. Be ready to start all over.
