The guy is pretty nice. He does not seal the bottom of the units. Literally all of my stuff came out of the unit moldy and warped from water coming up from underneath the concrete. It was horrible!!!I’ve been inside his house it’s absolutely beautiful. He has the money to properly take care of the units. He wouldn’t like it if that was his stuff.Sorry…… to whomever now has unit 56. I really hope you have storage insurance.

Good rates with great space. A lot of headroom.Owner is easy to work with and we haven't had any issues.
