Stopped in today for gas. While pumping the pump turned off. Tried to get it pumping again, hung it up, etc. Numbers still flashing and pump frozen. Went inside for assistance and was not greeted by who I assume was the manager the associate notified (female with an auburn buzz cut). She stomped to the front and barked "what pump is it?! Is it hung up?" I repeated the issue and pump number and stated that you could see it was hung up from the window. She then stomped outside and came back in to announce that it was not hung up right. No kindness, no apology, no thank-you for notifying them of the issue.Not impressed. Don't work in a customer service focused position if you can't take a breath and be kind.
