I wasnt going to leave a review untill i started reading some of them.
So I'll start here..
USED to be a great spot!
looks like the common theme here is that the staff is not what it could, should or used to be.
No loyalty to their customers and would stab them in the back any chance given. We thought we had built relationships with some of these employees but in the end, true colors will always show.
Anyone who knows me, would know that being trespassed by this location is uncalled for and extreme.
Living in a small community so close, and loving a spot and the people in it. Just to have it turn its back on you in the snap of a finger isn't a great feeling.
I hope that things change for the better at this location, and at some point new employees who won't push the good loyal customers away.

Bad customer service. I get the same pizza every day for the last 6 months and Decided I would skip the wait and placed a order in advance for the same pizza. I specifically asked for the pizza to be ready by a certain time. I get there same time I always get there and they said they forgot about my order. And I would have to wait for the pizza. NOTE: I always go there on my lunch break from work and have limited time for waiting.

The place isn't horrible, it's just the staff. They are pretty rude, and getting talked down seems to be a theme with some of these reviews, and I've had my own experience with the staff. The food is usually stocked and they have a good variety of things. The food isn't too expensive, but you could get it for cheaper.

Whoever manages the cashier named Amy, needs to give her a Snickers bar or something. She is like if the Grinch stole Christmas year round.

A store fit for the whole family whose numbers are reasonable. Plenty of things to shop (gas, diesel, kerosene, non-ethanol fuel, ice, more) for members who remain outside.

Talked down to by staff and made to wait while they finished they're "game". Will never be stopping here again an I work in GR and live in Hastings!

Great store, however they never seem to be able to take payments other than cash. In the last month they were "offline" on 4 separate occasions. No credit, debit or apple/google pay. Bring cash as a backup if you plan to stop by.
