Looked all over Michigan for a pair of quads, got the run around, bait and switches, and insane fees. Was able to find everything I wanted here with a painless buying experience. The wife and I are excited for our new Polaris’s and Max hooked us up with a great price. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself the showroom, and meeting with any of the friendly staff.

Found what I thought to be a good price on an atv on facebook marketplace, it was on posted by someone from this dealer. Out the door price was more than a grand over the list price on facebook, and they weren't willing to work it down at all. Now I see a whole bunch of listings from people that all go back to this dealer, and I can't filter them by price because the price isn't accurate. It's an abuse of an otherwise good tool. Quit trying to scam people into visiting your shop.

We were looking for a utv on line and on marketplace the utv we wanted was available here. My other half Messaged and “Max” return messaged immediately that it was available. Called the next day and yep, it was miraculously gone. Then I seen it was still available and messaged about it and asked if it was available. “Max” immediately responded and said yes it is! I then messaged back explaining he told my other half it was and then it wasn’t and that I wondered if the other buyers opted out or what? GHOSTED FROM THAT POINT ON!!! I’m not sure if just Max is a scammer or con artist or if this dealership is. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

My brother and I just purchased our 2023 rzr 1000 xp from here and it was a great experience. Our dealer was a gentleman named Evan and he did everything he could to make it as enjoyable as possible. Made sure we knew what we needed before hand and even got us answers on loan terms before we made the 2 hours drive. Long story short we will be going back to buy another toy in the near future.

Purchased a new bike at the end of April and process when good and salesman was nice. At the time of purchase they had me go over to the service department to set up my 500 mile oil change. I set up the appointment and left. Fast forward to June and I could not remember the appointment date so I called several times with no one answering and I left several messages. Fast forward to the end of June and I called again and left a message and someone finally got back with me. Person on the phone was nice and courteous and set up an appointment for July 14th. They called that morning to remind me of appointment and that it would cost roughly $270 for the service. I told them I was under the impression it was included since they set it up. Now the salesman never did say that it was included but the way it was worded was that it was part of buying a new bike. I canceled the appointment. I’m not mad at anyone there I just feel that after I purchased the bike our relationship wasn’t important anymore.

Let me start off by saying I'm sure everyone at TC Powersports is awesome, but the guy who worked with me on my purchase "Max" was world class awesome. Not only did he help me throughout the whole process he was also a man of his words sticking to the initial price I saw on there website. If you're lucky enough to get Max as salesperson because he's pretty busy over there lol, rest assured he will get back to you and make the process worth it. Thanks again "Max" much appreciated

This place really takes care of their customers with parts and service. Above and beyond, especially the time I needed some service during the holiday weekend and Sean Stiles ( service manager) took care of me with no hesitation. I was very happy when I road out of there. 5 stars from me

I already reviewed on yelp but here is the same review for Google! My dad bought a KLR 650 and I bought the KLR 650s. our salesman name was Evan and he was very respectful, funny, and knowledgeable when it came to the specs and prices of each machine. If you're in the market for an ATV, Dual sport, or Cruiser, I highly recommend checking this place out. They have a huge selection and some of the best staff who are always willing to help! Thank you TC Powersports -Noah K

I went in to TC not really knowing if I was going to be helped in the way I needed. However I walked in and they adapted to my questions, had solutions to things that made the whole process Easier. When you have employees like Scott, Evan and Andrew to get you rollin, nothing is impossible. Thanks guys she rides amazing?

Husband and I rode 100 miles on Saturday to test ride a motorcycle at TC. Everything looked good, we liked the bike, and got started on the paperwork. They declined our deposit offer pending a credit approval. We were told they would contact us on Monday with our financing details and shook our hands after filling out our paperwork. We called late Monday as we had not heard from them and were advised they are selling it to a buyer who came in the day after we started our paperwork. Really disappointing experience.

Worked out a deal and applied for a loan on Saturday. Never heard back and I had to call them at a quarter to 5 on Monday and was told I was approved but they took a deposit on it Sunday after declining my deposit on Saturday. Eventually they finally admitted they worked out a cash deal on Sunday but still ran my credit Monday which likely put a ding on my credit report. If you are keeping score, they worked out a deal with me, sold the bike out from under me and dinged my credit. Why possibly ding my credit if they already sold the bike out from under me? They offered to call me if the other deal fell through. I declined. Their business ethics seem to undefined for my taste.

We came to a mutually agreed upon price, they sold it out from under me and they likely dinged my credit in the process. Disappointing experience, questionable business practice, your mileage my vary. Here is the back story. I went on Saturday and worked out a deal, had started the process of applying for a loan on a used bike. Offered them a deposit and was declined. No word from them by a quarter to 5pm on Monday. When I called them, I was informed that I was approved but they accepted a deposit from someone else on Sunday. If your calendar looks like mine Sunday comes after Saturday when I was declined. When I pressed them to suggest that they should sell it to me as first in the queue I was informed they would not as they took the deposit already from the other buyer. I asked what time they had submitted for my load and was told not until Monday morning. When I inquired if that was before the other buyer, they eventually told me they had worked out a cash deal with the other buyer (more money if you can read between the lines). My question is why run my credit as that puts a ding against it knowing they had already sold the bike out from under me? I was told that if the other deal fell through, they would call me. I told them not to bother. Their business ethics are too loose for me to want to deal with them.

TC Powersports is beyond helpful in my purchase. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and caring, from my salesman Scott, to the service department, and the general manager.I am based in Wisconsin, and had settled a deal with TC Powersports on a 2022 KTM. It took me a 12 hour round trip, and there is not for a second I would regret doing business with them. This is my first experience with KTM, and there are lots of unknowns I have encountered. After I returned home, I ran into some issues with the bike. Although it is not necessarily their responsibility to do so, TC Powersports took care of the issue to ensure my already pleasant purchase experience. There is always a chance that something could go wrong with a bike, but a responsive and caring dealership is what protects your buyer’s rights and eliminates the uncertainty. It was a pleasure doing business with TC Powersports, and I will definitely return in the future because I know that I WILL enjoy the purchasing experience (except for probably the long drive, but who cares).P.S. Two things to give you an idea of their attention to detail.1. I did not talk to them about it prior to the delivery, but they kept the TFT display protection film on. I am a very particular person, and would do my best to protect my investment. These displays can scratch easily, and would look really bad in a sunny day. One less thing I’m worried about.2. I received call backs from them within less than two minutes each time, which is what you would expect, but it seems luxury sometimes when comparing to other places.

Did not care for customer service...I bought a 21 turbo s from this dealer over a year ago. I ordered and paid for fender flares (which were on backorder) also paid for labor up front. I called on them every week for a while until I eventually forgot about them. They just called me last week saying they fender flares came in. I requested my money back and they did return me my money on the flares but not for the labor. The GM was supposed to call me about that and I have yet to hear back. You think you'd get some decent service when you buy a 30k+ machine. This review stays up until I get my money back for labor that was not ever performed.
