No problem with the storage unit but unfortunately the rates keep increasing by roughly 10% every 6 months.

it was mostly great. didn’t really like having to pay for insurance. i feel like i should be able to choose if i want to insure my stuff. that was the only negative experience i had.

Facility was clean, easily accessible and reasonably priced. Customer support was friendly. Computer program was not easy for employees to use. At least 3 different employees had issues with getting the computer to do what they wanted it to do and navigating screens seemed to be difficult.
