This was my first experience with American 1 Credit Union and thanks to their member service representative Laura A. Newby, it will not be my last. Ms. Newby was responsible, attentive, knowledgeable, and greatly assisted me throughout the three day process it eventually took to get my sizeable loan approved. While not only professionally representing her company her very personable demeanor made such a tedious process as pleasant as could reasonably be expected.
