I had trouble with incontinence. The exercises I was taught to do daily make a HUGE difference. I can go out in public with confidence. Heidi is great.

My experience went beyond my expectations. They are amazing! Lisa and the other therapists are so dedicated, helpful and reassuring. They helped my regain my strength and the ability to do the things that I have not been able to do for a long time. I would never go anywhere else!

I am very pleased with the treatment I received at Metamora Physical Therapy. My pain was significantly less after only one visit. They discharged me before my prescription ran out because I was doing so well. Everyone there is friendly. I highly recommend Metamora Physical Therapy!
