I wanted to give you guys a heads up. We just golfed at Metamora Country club yesterday and had the worse experience ever. A man came up to us on the 18th green and started yelling at us as we were about 15 to 20 yards from the green. He said he worked in the Pro shop. I told him a couple of my guys were handicapped but couldn't put the flag on the cart due to using cart covers. It still did not matter to him and told us if you can't walk 30-50 yards you shouldn't be playing golf and totally disregarded the handicap people. We are all 70-83 years old, how dare he. He also made the comment that he hated groupgolfer players and to never come back. We never used any vouchers yesterday. Although we have bought them in the past as I have a group of seniors of 16 that play every Tuesday and Thursday at different courses. We will never play this course again because of this person. Also if they hate groupgolfer people, why do they continue to sell them on groupgolfer. Is it only the money they make from people that don't use their vouchers. If I were you knowing this I would never offer to sell their course again.

Beautiful golf course, terrible customer service at the restaurant. Was made fun of by the bartender, and food was 25 minutes late because they never rang it in when it was called in. Will never be back.

Metamora is a one of a kind gem. It has incredible views, an awesome course design that is both challenging but scoreable, and an ownership and management team that care deeply about the course, clubhouse, amenities, food, and hosting various events. It has come such a long way from its low point right before current ownership bought it. Great things ahead for this awesome establishment!

It has incredible views, an awesome course design that is both challenging but scoreable, and an ownership and management team that care deeply about the course, clubhouse, amenities, food, and hosting various events. It has come such a long way from its low point right before current ownership bought it. Great things ahead for this awesome establishment!

Tried to book a round and the guy was incredibly rude. He hung up on me.My brother has a very similar experience with the guy that answered. He was incredibly rude and lied about available tee times (I checked the website to verify). Even if they were fully booked, there's no reason to be unprofessional or rude. And if they cared about getting business they be smart and suggest alternative tee times on a different day or time.I will not be giving this course any money going forward. There's many better options that treat their customers with respect.

Guy in the club house stayed up late and got drunk and wasn't very pleasant to be around. Sorry for being a paying customer and bothering him .but the course is awesome. Just stay out of the clubhouse

Had our wedding September 2nd and the food from Fairway Catering was absolutely fantastic. Great price, amazing people and mouth watering delicious food. This is now our one and only go to catering from here on out. Call Angie.. she will accommodate all your needs and wants!! I promise you not be disappointed.

Great hole layout with plenty of challenges for golfers of all skill levels. A few hours play a lot longer than the yardage with forced carry over water, so don't bite off too much from the tees you decide to play.

Place treated us great. Loved the layout for the most part. Couple funky holes. But what stops this place is greens. If they could figure those out, they’d be a spot in top contention. Wasn’t just the divots, they weren’t cut right. Still worth the 50 minute drive once in awhile, but if those greens rolled true and fast, I’d come every week.
