Needed to exchange pants purchased online for a different size. They don't give refunds, only store credit which you agree to in the hidden terms & conditions at checkout. Have to email to request a return, print out a physical label, pay return shipping and then the price had gone up by the time they processed my credit. Lots of things I wanted to exchange for were out of stock so options are limited to use the credit you are stuck with instead of a refund. This is not the way to do online business in 2024. Will just buy off amazon next time.

Really fun, me and my friends went for the first time in our life and they gave great instructions for beginners. Would recommend long pants but the bullets don’t hurt they just sting for a little bit. Fun times

I am honestly super disappointed in my experience here. I planned a surprise activity here to celebrate a birthday and had about 20 people drive over an hour to come play paintball. When I had called initially, I was told I only needed to pay for paint on Sundays and all rentals included. They even suggested to do a bucket of paint for $75 because it’s cheaper to share with a group but when we arrived to purchase they said it only included gun/mask for one person which was different from what I was told. Rentals for gear was not included and you didn’t just pay for paint.The most disappointing is it was everyone’s first time and we were all very excited to play paintball for the first time. The staff inside the shed was nice/helpful as that’s what the 2 stars are for but outside the rental shed was very rude the entire time. They were cussing at their own staff in front of us and yelling at us when we didn’t even get a proper introduction or explanation as we are new and never played before. They got mad at us for not coming out faster and everyone was already out there…. We don’t know what to do because no one gave proper instructions and when the main staff member did start talking to the group we still had a few people still getting gear ( I was one of them) so I didn’t even hear anything he said. I didn’t know how it goes down, what to do, what they recommend for first timers, etc. Also we were told someone will come get us when it’s time so we were waiting….just for someone to yell at us to hurry up. I went out and while walking out to play I had to ask them to teach me how to even properly use the gun. It was the staff that ruined it for majority of the group. I can’t say it was the entire staff as some were helpful once we got out there but I will say the other players were nice and helped me out more then the staff did. The main guy in charge to direct everyone was the one that was very very unpleasant. Definitely made us feel like we should know certain things and when we didn’t know they looked confused… like I said it was everyone’s first time. After we played it wasn’t so bad but the first impression was very unpleasant and the reviews were great so I’m unsure why we had such a different experience. Very disappointing to say.Breakdown:1 star for good staff inside, 1 star for having fun-1 star from negative staff experience, -1 star for feeling unprepared/ lack of knowledge , -1 star for cussing behavior/ yelling at their own staff as well as the players. ( The yelling was before we even walked out)

This was my first time doing paintball, so I was not sure what to expect. This being said the rental staff was very informative and made great suggestions about what protective gear was needed. My only gripe came to the field staff yelling at people like we were in the military, which to my group was a bit excessive. Other than that, we had a great time and would go back!

Had my teenagers birthday party here and DJ was awesome and very patient with us! All the kids had a blast. The equipment you rent is clean and all in working order, Will return. Highly recommend!

Multiple outdoor fields well organized. They offer rental equipment. Had a great time looking forward to going back.
