First and last time I will ever use them. We have been heating with propane/ fuel oil for over 11 years and have used a lot of companies. Never once have I had such a bad experience as I did with them. We own our tank and have cash. They still wanted us to fill out an application. Pain to wait for "approval" when we just want to pay for a product. They told us someone needs to be home since it's the first time coming here and that they will call when they are going to deliver. Two days later (just got hit with a snow storm) no call just an email stating they are unable to deliver due to not being plowed. Had they called prior we could have gotten a plow out in less than 10 minutes. Next day, once again, no call so we took it upon ourselves to call. They said, "oh yeah he's 15 minutes out and yes you need to be home." Once again why are you not calling your customers if you want us to be home for delivery??? Been waiting 45 minutes now after turning around (only 2 minutes down the road luckily) to come back home from running errands and yet still no delivery. Worst company ever. I don't care if they have the lowest rates that day I will pay extra to get better service.

We've used their service for a couple of years and are on a keep fill, prepay. Two days before Christmas, we just had our third time of running out because they never come out. It's been 8 months since their last capoff. We're done. They stink.
