If i could give this store 0stars i would every-time i have come to this store in the past I never get the help I need they are always saying call customer service before even attempting to help me just recently i stopped in with questions about the home internet and I was working with Bobby he switched my consumer account to a business one just for me to qualify for the internet but unfortunately when i got home it still didn’t work So i complained and got switched back to a consumer account but i lost my discounts on my account i was getting and now im getting billed for this internet he set me up with on this business account that didn’t even work in my home and after stopping into another verizon store i found out he used a random address and put it on my account for the internet to qualify just to get the sale. This is horrible for the customer I am very unhappy with my experience im very upset that i now have to pay this 200$ bill for something I didn’t even qualify for and I am goin to report this all the way up the chain cause this type of sales attitude is not Okay and this store is very unhelpful

Fast and kind. Bear was incredibly helpful and offered useful insight and advice. Also the store smelled very nice. All around excellent service.

Daughter got a very good deal on a phone. Very busy and somewhat chaotic. Make an appointment if you can.

I bought ear buds there. Fantastic things. Until they don't work. Had to mowe,no music,ugh. Went to the best Verizon store ever.
ROSCOE helped me. My fault not the ear buds.
There is a volume control there,what a lipstick I am. But he showed me,my mistake,very gentlemanly, thanks Roscoe and the guys there.

I was in with my mom recently and Bobby took GREAT care of us, going above and beyond to make sure my mom had exactly what she needed. It was a somewhat complicated situation and he always was polite, kind, and super-helpful! I’d recommend Bobby in a heartbeat!

Worst customer service ever. BASIR got all upset because he wanted to update a plan then go over pricing instead of going over pricing at the current plan. He was condescending from first interaction to him saying he can't work with us because we wanted to know pricing at the current. Avoid this place.

Great customer service! Lots of patience figuring out device info for a smashed screen phone and submitting the claim for repair. I was kind of dreading the task, and they made it so easy! Plus I found out the Asurion insurance/repair company will now come to my home or work to fix the phone!

Joe (Bear) is the BEST!! He's helped us with new phones, told us & explained to us new accessories for our watches, explained the home internet and talked to us about a business account. He's our go to now!

The employees are always strangely standoffish, and even with an appointment you have to wait a very long time to ask a simple question. Not to mention the fact that they can be dishonest when it comes to phones and what you pay for the value. You’d be better off going to Best Buy.

I received the best customer service I've ever had at the Okemos store. Their staff Kayla, was amazing getting me a way better deal when trading in my phone for an upgrade. 10/10 would recommend you travel to this location for superior customer service!

I had a great experience here. I was switching from AT&T to Verizon. I've had a couple different carriers including Verizon prior to this. In the past, it has been such an awful and long process to switch networks and to upgrade my phone. This time it was so so smooth, Verizon has changed for the better. It was such a quick and easy experience. We were there for an hour, max. Which is absolutely incredible. I was able to get my phone, phone case, and screen protector all in one stop. They installed the screen protector and put on the case for me. I'm glad to be back to Verizon and glad to have had such an amazing smooth transition. I wish I could remember the employee's name that helped us, he was great! He was at the business counter.
