First time I stopped in on June 22nd. The cashier rudely told me what he could not do as. UPS partner. There are other ways to communicate, so I won't be patronizing this establishment. Where is the true value in supporting #smallbusinesssaturday

The customer service here is horrible, I sent my son and his friend over to this store to get me a plunger because ours broke and they treated my son and his friend like they were toddlers goofing around while they were looking around for anything else that I would need for our house and over 2 workers told them that it was not a place to mess around and hangout at while they were shopping, and yes I hope the workers see this.

The people who work at this hardware are so knowledgeable and helpful. The man who waited on me (2 trips) was kind and patient. I got my problem solved but not without the man going above and beyond. This is a one of a kind place.

The only hardware store where a friendly face greets you, and asks if you need help. Whenever I'm overwhelmed in thought on a project gone awry, they are so helpful with knowing appropriate and accessible solutions whilst delivering the tools I need quickly and honestly. I very much respect the approachable learning environment this store fosters with their customers.Oh, and they are artists at cutting keys! Thanks y'all!

We rented a brush hog and drove it to our lot only to discover that the drive didn’t work and the tire was flat and falling off. Completely unusable. They should be checking their equipment before renting it out! They completely wasted our time. Won’t be renting equipment from here again!

Great staff, friendly and very knowledgeable all around. If they don't have what you're looking for, it would be a first for me. This is also the only place to get a key copied. Unlike big store that have a machine make them, here they do it old school and actually look to see that it matches. They also guarantee their copies. I have had to remake keys from the other places several times and have never had an issue from here.
