Mijan was extremely helpful after an issue with an account being closed without an authorized user giving permission. He was so patient and understanding, and helped get ahold of customer service to reinstate the account. Shoutout to him!!

These guys are great. Spent hours at another location in Okemos to join T-Mobile. We went home and one of our phones didn’t work. Came here the next day and the employee fixed everything.Edit: The manager at the Grand River/Marsh road location told us we needed 2 routers. Well customer service told us we only needed one.

These guys are great. Spent hours at another location in Okemos to join T-Mobile. We went home and one of our phones didn’t work. Came here the next day and the employee fixed everything.Edit: The manager at the Grand River/Marsh road location told us we needed 2 routers. Well customer service told us we only needed one.

MY NAMES ASHLEY IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MAYBE JUST OVER A YEAR NOW OR SO. I ALWAYS WENT TO THERE OTHER LOCATION IN EAST LANSING/OKEMOS AREA AND I GOT SAY KEVIN R IS BY FAR THE BEST TO TALK TO HE KNOWS ALOT. YESTERDAY WAS BLESSES TO CISIT HIM IN HIS NEW BUILDING ROGHT NEXT TO MY APT HERE ON OKEMOS RD AND JOLLY TO TALK ANOUT GETTING MY SON A NEW TABLET. HE HELPED ME GET HIM A UPGRADE FROM SAMSUNG TO IPAD AND WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD TMOBILE WAS THROWING SOME DEALS WHICH HE OFFERED...KEVIN DESERVES A RAISE HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS VERY POLITE

I had great service. The new TMobile cell is the biggest piece of junk I have ever used. Forced to upgrade because of 5g. The most disappointing phone ever, contemplating going to Verizon. I don't know what TMobile is trying to pull other than ripping people off with junk.

Got to give it to this location. They were extremely busy and the wait was a little long but they kept us informed when they could assist us. When it was our turn they were very helpful.

Had a charger I bought a day ago and after one day of it working it stopped. So I took it back to possibly get a refund they told me it still worked and wouldn't do anything about it. So needless to say I will not be going back to this store.
