First time I went here was fine, but the second time I was basically the test dummy for a brand new stylist who seemingly had no experience cutting hair. It wasn’t until the end of the haircut that the manager was called over to sign off on things, and she had to clean a bunch of things up. She even said out loud to the new girl “see, you went to short here” as if I’d volunteered my head to be trained on. No apologies, discount, or anything. Wasn’t the new girl’s fault she was fine, but shouldn’t be cutting hair unsupervised until she’s ready. Never been so stressed out in my life. Luckily it turned out ok.

Tammy was outstanding. She introduced herself with kindness and asked if I knew what I wanted. I explained how indecisive I was and the vague idea I had. She then gave me a recommendation which sounded great, but the haircut far exceeded my expectations. This is the best haircut I’ve ever had, thank you Tammy ??. I will be returning for sure.
Requested style: I was very vague and didn’t know how to describe my style very well. Tammy took that and turned it into good.
Specialties: She explained why the hairstyle would work and fit the contour to my face and beard and she was spot on. She could tell how curly my hair was and how it would end up after cutting it.
Stylist: Tammy was the stylist and she did a great job! The recommendation, the haircut, the conversation.

And June 6 on a Sunday I decided to stop in and get a haircut. At first, I thought it was a place just for men, but the young lady assured me that women were welcome as well JAA-KEEM was the gentleman that cut my hair he is outstanding very talented artist. I absolutely love my hair. I was one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a very long time. He works at the store in Okemos, Michigan. I definitely will go back not only. Did he do a fantastic job on my hair he’s very kind very personable, I got the works the hot towels the massage it was wonderful and relaxing. He makes you feel very comfortable very welcomed. I definitely will be a customer moving forward. Thank you so much, Shelly

Extremely professional and quite personal for being a chain salon. Talented hair stylists, the ability to request a specific stylist, and the fact that they keep a file on you so any stylist can look up what you've had done before, assure that you will get your expected result with either a time trusted style or something new! The available full service completes the experience with a shampoo, hot towel, scalp and neck massage. You'll leave relaxed and confident!

10/10 - excellent customer service, my hair looked GREAT, and amazingly sweet staff!
As an exhausted Mom of 4 who has recently beat breast cancer, my hair does not get tended to that often, but today, my hair was COVERED in chocolate after a mishap with my toddler. ? it was BAD.
Not only were they able to get me in right away, but Missy worked MIRACLES on my hair and worked so hard to salvage it when others would have advised to cut it off. I had to tote 2 babies with me, and she was so patient and kind with both of them. Missy went WELL ABOVE and BEYOND to make our experience great and keep my babies comfortable - none of which was her job.
She also was able to cut my hair, and she did a FANTASTIC job. Best my hair has looked in years!

Bad service, with no heads up on how the queue or check in went when I walked in. I watched as they skipped over my name without checking or anything. I was already running short on time and was told to go back online and mark I was there in the shop. I ended up walking out and probably will not waste my time going back. Obviously the time piece is on me but I had already kinda waited awhile and it’s kind of ridiculous my name can be right there, I can tell you im here, and I’m sitting right infront of you and I just get blatantly blown off and skipped.

Although mainly a men/boys salon, Tammy did an excellent job on my daughters long hair and made it look so much better!! After a horrible hack job done by a salon in Florida almost a year ago it’s been a process to correct it! She even got the MVP treatment and enjoyed it!! Thanks so much Tammy!! Highly recommend! Especially for men! What a cool concept!
