A while ago, we received excellent service and patience from a store associate while we were dreaming up a project. We returned to the store recently to purchase paint for this project because of the great service we received. The same person helped us again and had the same patience and excellent customer service we experienced before. Sherwin Williams is expensive but the service keeps us coming back.

The quality of the paint (solvent to particulate ratio) is superior to many other options. For this alone, I'd never let anyone go elsewhere for paint.HOWEVERI've noticed paint color formula discrepancies between locations, and this is very poor quality control-I couldn't use the same paint name (example Shoji White) from one location to touch up paint bought from a different SW location.I also have run into problems with some staff being unhelpful/charging incorrectly. Management has always been more than helpful to make sure I get what I need and for the correct price.Overall, the superior product is the reason to pay the SW price, though the things mentioned above being improved would make it an 11/10 ratingTLDR: Get assistance from management if there seems to be discrepancies, and double check paint color formulation if you're trying to match a prior SW paint job. That aside, this is the place to go, period.

Sherwin-Williams has the best paint products. The service in the store is excellent and they always have what I need to get the job done. I bought an 18" roller for my latest project after speaking with one of the representatives and it made my job so much more efficient than I anticipated. As usual, I couldn't be happier with my SW experience.

Very friendly and helpful! Received prompt service. The lady kindly explained my options as I needed very durable paint. Never used SWP before but I'll be back. I have painted many rooms over the years. I found this to be a superior product that I liked working with. Here's a photo of my finished banquette created by my husband. I did three coats of Emerald series Urethane Trim Enamel in semi-gloss Loyal Blue. Hoping it'll withstand a lot of use!

Carey is always super helpful and never oversells anthing that we need. She always seems to have my best interest in mind and goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m getting exactly what I need. I’ll always make sure to come back here whenever I need something!
