“We have been very happy with the customer service at CubeSmart. When we had that big snow storm, they had some issues with their temperature control system. My husband and I both felt like they did everything in their power to make sure that things were as comfortable as possible for the people using the storage units. The manager at the location on Hosmer Street has been fantastic. She has gone above and beyond to help us out. I have even been in contact with some of the higher ups at the corporate office, and they have also been very accommodating. I would recommend CubeSmart to anybody that needs storage!!”
“Nice family run business. Came in on a cold Sunday for the automated car wash. When I got there, they said it was closed.Because they had time, they washed my car anyway. Not many businesses go out of their way for you anymore. Don’t expect this every time, but it was nice of them to do.”

“PODS was an exceptional solution to my situation. We were redoing our floors so the ability to move and store the items on our property was perfect. The items could be carried on and off the pod and into the house. We did not have to rent a storage unit and move and unload the items into the unit and then get the items and move them back. I highly recommend PODS and will use them again if needed.”

“Given the numerous U-Haul locations available in the Lansing area, I often explore different options when I require rental services. Among them, this particular location stands out for its exceptional customer service. If prioritizing customer satisfaction is important to you, this U-Haul store is definitely one of the best choices.On one occasion, I encountered a mishap while using one of their rentals for a long-distance move. Although the issue was due to equipment failure, I appreciate that they acknowledged the inconvenience caused and compensated me for the lost time. It's understandable that when dealing with heavily-used equipment, occasional failures can occur. Thankfully, neither my family nor I experienced any harm. Nevertheless, this store took the initiative to reach out and assist me once my move was completed.”
“I came in early on a Tuesday to get a tow hitch wiring replaced expecting to be pushed back a couple days. The team was able to get me taking in right away and I was well taken care of. This is definitely the place to go in Lansing if you need a tow hitch put on. Well done team U-Haul.”
