I purchased a ring months ago for my wedding. I was told around 4 weeks to receive it. Not only did the ring show up late, it showed up only 1 week before my wedding and it was 2 sizes to small. I used it at the wedding just for the photos and the presentation at the ceremony, then I gave them the chance to make things right. When I took the ring into them and they found out what happened, they admitted it was the company's wrong doing as they did not read the notes for the correct size and they made it sound like it was being handled right away and I would only have to wait another 2 weeks. They told me numerous times they would be reaching out to me with updates on the situation and I had to reach out to them every time, they did not call or email me once. It has been over 3 weeks by this point and I am now being told my ring will take another 4-5 weeks. I requested a refund as my wedding was over a month ago and I am not going to wait another 5 weeks for a ring I was supposed to have on my wedding day. I wish I never would have let them convince me they are better than Kays. My Wife's ring is from Kays and their service has been more than amazing and they are even expediting a ring in for me because of the hassle this company has caused me.

I came into the store with no knowledge about watches and walked out knowing all I needed to know and more along with a new watch. Anjan was extremely helpful and very friendly. I’m not sure I would have gotten a watch that day if it wasn’t for the costumer service.

Terrible customer service. No one will call back. Management unconcerned. Closed a location over a holiday weekend after selling us the added services package. I absolutely would never do business with this company again.

I walked into rogers and hollands with hopes of walking out with a ring in mind I was set on. Alliah, Kate, and Flo were all very helpful in looking at all the options within my budget and one caught my eye that was just outside my budget, but I knew it was the one. The employees and management were very professional, and was happy to work with me to meet me in the middle more towards my budget. They were honest, excited, professional, and patient. I highly recommend this location, thanks to the employees and management I was able to get the perfect ring I was looking for. Thank you again Alliah, Kate, Flo, and management.

After having the WORST experience at the jackson location I was skeptical of any Roger's and hollands. I had lost a stone a week before my wedding and this specific location was able to fix my ring on site within only a few hours. Flo specifically was my absolute favorite. She made me feel like she cared, and was excited to help. I can't wait to come back in a few weeks to work with her again and buy another ring. Very happy with my experience and super excited to come back.
