I asked to have my prescription refilled and they gave me the bag and charged me 68 dollars for a Co-pay and I walk away and look in the bag. It is NOT my prescription and walk back to return it and they won't take it back and refund me my money talking about how they will "take a loss" like what? They give me the wrong prescription and they want to say sorry after taking my money and not fulling their obligation to get me the proper prescription. It's scary how money to them is more important than fulling proper prescriptions as people have died from it.

Just want to drop a quick review about how kind the pharmacy staff was. We were desperate to find antibiotic for my baby as his infection is getting worse, and we won't be able to get in for a doctor visit until next week on Thursday. The pharmacy near our house where we always get our prescription is out and not have anything until next week Monday. We were waiting all day long to hear from them about that antibiotic prescription. So we were calling around and we were talking to Ramy. (Out of luck with several pharmacies near our house) He was so kind and helpful with all the questions I asked. His system got a glitch unfortunately,he couldn't receive our request to transfer the prescription as per our conversation. He went beyond our expectation to call other store to check around and make sure they have antibiotic for us. I received a call back from him around 30 mins after that & finally we able to pick up the medication for our baby from another store. My husband after picking the meds, stopped at the store to personally thanks him once more.

The Haslett Rite Aid is my hometown drugstore and provides great customer support in the store and the pharmacy. The staff is quite helpful and always greet me with a smile. I have found the pharmacy staff to be helpful when answering questions or giving me suggestions.

I love this pharmacy... The staff is always so friendly, and Alex is wonderful. When I took my three kiddos in to get flu shots and my oldest, who is autistic, had a really rough time, he was beyond patient and kind.

I have been using this pharmacy for the past year. Alex has gone above and beyond to help with insurance issues for both me and my little one. I have never had issues getting my prescriptions filled. (I am a type 1 diabetic and have never had trouble getting my insulin needles filled as long as the pharmacy could verify I was taking insulin). I have never felt judged based on my appearance like at other pharmacies. I have walked through the rest of the store and found staff to be helpful as well. Very happy with the switch to rite aid.

I get good deals here sonetimes but I mainly go to pick up my scripts. Everyone is friendly in store and pharmacy. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have been a long time Haslett Rite Aid customer with chronic health issues; so I go there frequently. I have found the pharmacy staff professional and very helpful; I often need some additional consultation re: my medication issues. I have found Alex and the other pharmacy staff very good at explaining any changes in my insurance and going out of their way to facilitate medication issues. The insurance agencies change their rules frequently - I think some of the negative comments should be directed there and not at the pharmacy staff. The store is clean and well- organized and the staff, including the manager often go out of there way to assist me. Handicap parking is right next to the door which is a plus since I use either a cane or rolling walker. Highly recommend this Rite Aid!!
