PNC Bank is a full service branch with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The tellers are very kind and helpful, handling both complicated and simple transactions in a quick and professional manner. They go the extra mile to assist all members. However, the online banking is noted as not good and can be difficult to use. Overall, the staff makes customers feel super welcome and the branch is highly recommended.

My friend has a lot of difficulty using the PNC on-line banking. The tellers are very friendly, but the computer banking is not good.
