The young women who helped my mom and I that day was super helpful. We were shopping for summer shoes/saddles for my mom. My mom has very "bad" feet and needs something with a lot of support, and she has a very narrow foot. Even though she tried on like 25 pairs and couldn't find any she felt comfortable in. The young lady kept a smile on her face and just kept suggesting others. Thank you for the wonderful service. I love their shoes. I would truly recommend this store to anyone.

I'm so impressed by the knowledge displayed by the young man who fitted me with shoes. I have neuropathy in my feet, and find it quite hard to get a good fit in a shoe. He not only measured both feet, he used a tablet to record my walk and then analyzed how my foot was hitting as I stepped. He was able to recommend two brand lines that were most appropriate for my feet. The shoes I ended up with are comfortable and attractive. And how can you beat a 60 day return window! Playmakers is the best.

Playmakers is consistently the best place to buy shoes. I am terribly disappointed with the quality of my Kayano shoes, however. I do know that you stand behind all of your merchandise and shop with confidence because of it.

Purchased two pair of Brooks and Orange insoles in the past few months. Every visit I was lucky enough to be helped by the same employee, Franklin, who was a joy to work with. He helped me better understand the products available in store and online that could solve my problems. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. This is a great store and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for new shoes, insoles, or a general consult.

This is the most customer-focused locally owned store you'll find in the area. The staff will try to find what works best for you, and if it doesn't work out, you still have thirty days to return it, regardless of use. Whether you're shopping on the main floor or in clearance (or accidentally walk into the break room like I did), the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Great experience. I came in to just get a specific pair of sandals and go. What I didn’t know was that I would be greeted walking in and have an associate assigned to help me get the perfect size and answer any questions I had. Abigail was awesome, and ill definitely return for the next pair of shoes I need.
