Honestly the rudest people I’ve ever encountered both times I’ve come in they were rude to me for no reason. One lady threw my change on the counter while I had my hand out. They’re never nice. Was very rude to the lady in front of me. Not even a cheap store prices are bit much for one 0-3 onsie ranges from $4-$10. Tj max has a better selection for cheaper lol

The employees here are very rude. Never have I experienced such poor customer service at a store. They are often talking behind the counter, seemingly annoyed that people are shopping in the store. I have always just let it go, but it happens every time I shop at this location.

This was the first time I had brought things in to sell and will not waste my time again. The entire experience was horrible. The staff members were extremely rude, I didn’t know what I was doing but I followed all their instructions online. The lady at the counter for drop off was so rude in the way she told me to put my things on the counter (felt like I was going through TSA) just very unfriendly and rushing. The lady acted like I should know what to do and nobody explained the process to me at all. I was left in the dark as to what to expect. I dropped a couple of totes along with a few other items, freshly laundered, ironed and packaged neatly in the bins. I had to ask how long it was going to take and how I would know when they were done. I was told it was going to take a couple hours which was what I was expecting. I stuck around the area while they went through everything since I lived 45 minutes away. I receive the text a couple hours later that my stuff was complete and ready for pickup and I went back right away. When I got there they had only made it through one of my totes and totally forgot to go through my larger tote. They said they would have to check me back in line but now there were more people in front of me so it would take a couple more hours. They were not apologetic for their mistake at all. I had no problem waiting around for them to go through it quickly but when they said I would have to go to the end of the line and it would take a couple more hours I was no longer interested. It was really their loss because I had a bunch of brand new Columbia, Nike, under armor, north face, adidas and Matilda Jane clothing in the tote, probably close to 50-75 piece either had the tags still on or worn once or twice. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future and hope nobody else waste their entire day like I did.

Wife has been going here a long time. First time for me tonight. Asked about the price of a jacket that was a bit overpriced, manager Nora is just about the rudest and most condescending person I’ve encountered. Eye rolls and attitude galore. Shirley the owner also condones this behavior. I’ll give my money to more humble and kind business owners.

I watched a nice lady bring a bag of clothes in and when she left there was an older lady working that told the younger lady that was working how annoying it is that customers bring clothes in bags. She also said it loud as if she was super frustrated. It was disheartening. People do not know and I dont think they would waist their time if they did know the rules. I immediately got bad vides when I heard and saw that. Then at checkout I was asking the middle aged dark curly hair lady questions and she just had this bad vibe like it was annoying that I was asking her questions about brining in a tote of clothes. From other reviews, it looks like this is a problem at this location. Not sure if I will go back. Find a new job if you get this annoyed with the public.

The employees are the snobbiest rude people ever. You ask a question and they just expect you to know their rules. My first time coming to that location and in all honesty most probably it was because I wasn't white.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I have never wrote a negative review but I feel that others should know what they are walking into and possibly avoid the treatment that I had received by the employee of this place.I had gone to this store a few times and haven’t really had any problems other than the staff are never friendly. I’d just mind my business and look for what I needed and leave. I had dropped some things off before and never really had any issues but this recent time. I had brought my clothes in to sell in a bag (which I had done the previous time and nothing was said, not even a warning) the women accepted my clothes and gave me money. Yes, I should have checked the site upon going in. That I will say was my fault. I go in with my big Marshall’s bag of clothes neatly folded inside and the women turns me away immediately. She had let me know that they do not accept bags and had said only box or bin, and walked away from me before I can even respond. I left and found a smaller box in the back of my car and just put what I could fit in it and walked back inside. Well I’m assuming that women didn’t think I’d be coming back immediately and was helping the women in front of me. She literally had 3 big BAGS of clothes and told her that the next time they wouldn’t be accepting clothes in bags but took them anyways. When it was my turn to be helped again she wouldn’t even look at me. I couldn’t believe it and I chose not to say anything in that moment because of how upset it made me. I dropped my stuff off even though I should have just grabbed it and left. Needless to say I will never be returning to this store nor based upon reviews of the other Once upon a stores that seem to be all the same. I hope the owner sees this and is willing to have a meeting with staff and hopefully make the next buyer/sellers experience better than mine was.

There are a few women who work here that have zero class and are so rude. I come walking in with a smile and my bag. She says with an attitude "have u sold here before?" I say "yes" she again with an attitude says "well we haven't taken bags for a long time, and there can't be wrinkles." I wasn't aware of the bag rule because I have always brought a bin but brought a bag this time, my mistake. I went back to my car and put it all folded into a bin and walked back in asking if this was better. She had such a blank nasty look on her face. Her attitude is laughable because the majority of their baby clothes look super used and I've found many items with stains. So to be so unfriendly and take with an attitude to people when they are just bringing in clothes is unacceptable. If your going to try and enforce rules then make sure your whole team knows them, because you are selling very worn nasty clothing as your being nasty to me. Learn to fake that you love your job and be professional and kind. After encountering a few unpleasant woman that work here I will no longer be bringing my stuff to this location and will advise others not to as well. It doesn't take a lot to fake kindness at your job. You can be nasty on your own time.

They are always pleasant and helpful. I always find what I am looking for when shopping. They have a large selection of gently used childrens clothing from birth to 18.

went to sell them some clothes and was denied because they were "wrinkled" and well loved. they took 3 things out of the box and gave me $5. the three things they took were super faded and well loved all the clothes they gave back were basically brand new.

I was denied a return item that I purchased. I was basically accused of switching out a component on an item (which I definitely didn't). I bought it this way, a Baby Einstein bouncer. I brought it in, having to take it back home and was told I needed to launder the seat, which I did. Brought it back a few hours later. After it was completely disassembled, one of the workers brought to my attention of the "unit" and also said there was corrosion. We bickered, most definitely. I was upset at the accusation. I bought this piece from them with everything as-is. That unit housed batteries, which when she took it apart, found corrosion. I told her I would take it back home and clean it and she basically "don't"...we don't want it back. I was furious. I got a major eye roll when I commented on being picky on an item that worked, irregardless of a small amount of corrision on the INSIDE of that unit, I commented on their filthy shoes with holes. "Kids don't put shoes in their mouth". Maybe not, but they walk in the house, bringing the debris that comes with them. Toddlers don't remove batteries either! do they? Tell me what sense that makes. None. Bad business. Never again.
