Have rented here for many years and always feel extremely lucky to be here. The other renters are friendly, the owner is perfect, the price is reasonable, and the place is well kept up, never had an issue with snow not being plowed or anything like that. Cannot say enough good about it. If he'd make me an apartment, I would live here. Seriously. :)
