I think one of the things the Serra Auto Campus Sales advisors understand most is that their vehicles can sale themselves and Marshal/ Tyrone certainly understood this fact . Both were outstanding in helping us get acquainted with the vehicle operations as well as guide us through the best plan for us. I can honestly say We felt he had our best interest at heart!! Fantastic sales adviser no pressure tactics just our best interest!! Phenomenal Sales adviser.

As first time Porsche buyers, we only had our previous experience purchasing Ford, Dodge/Ram, Toyota, Subaru and Cheverot to guide our expectations. As it turns out, it was not useful as this experience with Jake and the team at Porsche Okemos was incomparable. I'd like to note that we were also out of state buyers, who were traveling half a day to pick up our vehicle. That meant having a level of trust that what we were purchasing was what was being offered. Jake slowly and surely built that trust and delivered a memorable experience that we'll be using as the new benchmark for any significant purchase moving forward. Instead of seeing us as a transactional customer that the dealership uses to advertise their sales numbers, Jake and team treated as respected guests and new members to a club. There was no bell ringing the newest sale, no cheesy and awkward photos taken. We can't say enough about the overwhelmingly positive experience and the welcoming, professional team at Porsche Okemos and will highly recommend anyone to consider their brands and dealership for their automotive needs.

Don't think we physically interacted with Tyler since we chose the valet service. The valet was courteous and on time. There was some confusion about the loaner car which was quickly straighten out on the phone. The only improvement I would recommend is, since the car was obvious left out over night, it be washed before being returned since it was received dirty with a big bird poop in the middle of the roof.

This review is about Jessica Nevins specifically, but also the BMW of Okemos team in general (part of Serra Auto Campus). I could not have had a better buying experience. This was my first time with both BMW and the special order process.
When I came into the dealership with a tentative build, Jessica was very helpful with guiding my decision on the exact options, etc. After the build order was submitted, communication was excellent. Jessica sent emails throughout the process to update me on the progress. Whenever I had a question, the response was prompt and helpful.
I bought a 2 series, which is BMW's entry-level model and probably doesn't have a high profit margin, but Jessica and the rest of the staff treated me like I was buying the most expensive BMW model. And service continued to be stellar after the sale and delivery. I would specifically seek out Jessica for my next BMW.
