I walked in and got great service from Lana..I’ve been to numerous shop to get my hair dyed and no one could help..I was at the mall shopping happen to walk by and went in and she did a wonderful job..will be back again..she was really nice and made me feel very comfortable

HAd a horrible haircut at Great clips and I came into Mastercuts and walked out feeling so good.There was only one person working, Lucas, he was kind , professional, and he listened to what i wanted and made me look way better than i had when i came in. Came in on a whim to shop the mall and noticed Mastercuts was open. My son desperately needed a haircut before our Mothers Day dinner later this evening. I was pleasantly surprised they were open and doing haircuts given it was a Sunday and Mothers Day. Lana immediately greeted us with a smile. There wasn’t a wait, so that’s always a plus! Lana was very professional, courteous, and made my son very comfortable, on top of giving him a stellar haircut! Recommend Lana and Mastercuts to anyone needing a quality haircut.Service: Kids' cuts

I went there to get my roots retouch for prom.i have naturally medium brown hair and the color I have on my hair is red, all I wanted was for my roots to be retouched and the rest of my hair too be a bit brighter of a red since it had faded.i show multiple photos and they completely butchered my hair. they turned my hair PURPLE and WAYY darker than I wanted. then they couldn't even curl my hair and put way too much heat on my hair to the point it was smoking. after not curling my hair like PAID FOR, they still charged me for "styling". I had to go home and style my hair myself for prom. I am 16 and was able to do much better than 2 "professional" hairstylists. my hairstylist, Lucas, was completely unprofessional aswell. he continued to gossip abt his coworker and made rude faces when she would walk by. they also left me alone in the salon to grab stuff from their car or to take a smoke break. I will never be going back. TERRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICES!!!!Services: Curly hair
