“I’ve been going to the store every since I moved into Holt I go there to buy my vapes. I spend a lot of money in a month went there today and I took a vape bag that I brought yesterday and it was not charging and he wouldn’t return it, or give me my money for it whatever or let me get a new vape, and then he proceeded to tell me go to another store go to 7-Eleven go to the gas station I like I don’t wanna walk all the way over there I don’t have a car he said he was losing money because he said all the customers that buy vapes I’m the one that always bring them back because they don’t work Maybe the People that do by them and they might not work probably don’t care about going back and getting a new one because they won’t give your money back so I’m the only one complaining about the vapes, but I thought that was pretty rude of Sam to say to me as much money I spend at that store and they don’t even ask for no ID for vape cigarettes or liquor so I’m just really disgusted with Sam. Kind of rude to me, so I’m not gonna try to go back there anymore not getting no more of my money. They can kiss my black ass.”

“Convenient and quick that is what we all want! Jackpot has been around for years and I have never had a problem with service. On a downside, the station to the right as you walk in the door should be cleaned more often for those who use the shelf to fill out the lottery tickets.”

“I have made three online orders lately and customer service has exceeded my expectations. Order correct. Staff always friendly and helpful. Tonight was my last day for pick up and I got there only 15 minutes before close and they had cancelled my order. They apologized , I didn't expect that at all and apologized for being so last minute. They shopped my original order while I choose a few more things.

“Does not look like much from outside. But, nice small town "little bit of everything" store inside. Groceries, boxed goods, this and that. Apparently, they are known for their fresh and hot, brosted chicken pieces. My wife got a chicken breast and said it was incredibly tender.”
