Hours suck. And kroger needs to staff more people to avoid the 30 minute daily closure. The whole operation is broken because of greedy corporate policies. It's disgusting. I hate kroger pharmacy, but have no choice to use them, so I feel they take advantage of this to avoid customer service and human decency.

I can't get allergy medicine for 30 days because of a pharmacists technological incompetence. If you purchase a medication that requires an ID check like Claratin-D from here, don't allow the pharmacist to try entering your alternate kroger ID number! Before I could even say no thanks, this pharmacist had already pressed the button, locked the transaction up due to some odd flaw in their system, and voided my transaction impatiently.. So we start over, except this time I get rejected because I signed for it moments ago. She than proceeds to act like I've purchased too much recently, when the reality is once you sign your name for these medications, the signature is sent to the federal government whether the transaction completes or not. The only way to correct these mishaps is to have the void transaction receipt the and call the 1-800 number on the receipt where they can verify if you actually purchased something or not. Because of this pharmacists impatient mistake and refusal to provide the voided recipt, I can't get allergy relief for at least 30 days now. You're a pharmacist, learn to use the computer systems. If the store clerk's can work it fine, you should be more than capable yourself. You just ruined a person with severe seasonal allergies holiday season.

NO one EVER greets you. When they see you coming they turn their backs to you. One young man in the dairy isle was blocking the isle talking to his girl friend. When I asked if I could get through he said "do you want me to walk you through ?" Wise a-- !

I shop here regularly. They have a very good deli with a very good selection of meats and cheeses. Their bakery is also very nice and where I go to get my fresh bagels that are close to my home. :Located in strip mall with easy access to Marsh Road.

This store is in Okemos. If someone tries to describe their cancer drugs just say "Oh, Chemos?" If they tell you about their Bingo game, just say "Oh, Keno?" If they ask if the boy that rejected Barbie in high school know how hot she are now, say "Oh, He Knows." Way out to the east of East Lansing Michigan is the town of Okemos - a suburb really - which has a big mall and also has a bunch of big box stores near the mall and one of those is a Kroger - and the main problem with it is that this whole area is usually really busy at different times of day, which isn't always a problem in East Lansing itself, but it is around here, in and around this outdoor mall, and that makes it a little hard to come here for groceries. So yeah it can be a little tricky and once you're inside here sometimes it's a bit of a zoo as well. It's a good store though and here's what Barbie has to say about it. Bae - This is a nice grocery store. Their prices are a bit high, but their sales are good. They have organic produce, which is great. They also have lots of vegan and gluten-free products. The store is not as clean as the one in Milford, but it's not bad at all.
