THIS BANK REALLY CARES ABOUT THE PEOPLE. To be perfectly honest, I'm incredibly impressed with how non-judgemental and forgiving this establishment was with regards to overdraft fees during covid and the residual economic conditions. It's what kept me a customer, despite not living particularly close to any of the branches. I've been a customer for 20 years - I opened my first account up in Mt Pleasant when I started college - and I can't say I've ever had a complaint. Also, please give Jeff a raise; he is excellent with interpersonal communication and troubleshooting. Can't thank these people enough. A++

Upon the interview process it was mentioned prior in my application that I was attending school and looking for part time (which was the open position) the human resources rep asked if I could completely changed my college schedule around to have class on Saturday and Sunday.........use you're brain

Literally the nicest tellers you could ever bank with! I just recently was having a bad day and got locked out of my car with my phone in it to boot. I walked home and then back when the tow guy should have been there. When I arrived back I had missed the guy, but the ladies were nice enough to confirm it was my car, and even took my keys and purse into the building to make sure they weren't stolen! These girls have always been nice to me in the past, but this truly goes above and beyond customer care 15/10 stars all around!
