Dennis and Joe are absolute jerkoffs. They treat vendors like garbage. Shop on the west or south side instead! The management is much more pleasant there.

Avoid a purchase of "Beef Knuckle". Mine was several slabs of beef formed into a ball and this was the TOUGHEST piece of meat ......ever! I put it into sous vide for 14 hours, followed that with oven baking for two hours, still tough, then pressure cooked for two hours........still tough as hell!
