Had an appointment this morning for a chip repair. Gentleman explained that the chip never broke the laminate and that I wouldn’t need to worry about it cracking at all and a repair wasn’t necessary. Very honest business!!!! Hopefully no more chips anytime soon but if so then they have my business!

An awesome team of two: Logan & Jack! They are true professionals in every way. The experience was stress-free and actually, very pleasant. If you need a new windshield, you definitely should consider the "install at home" option. I really can't think of any good reason why anyone wouldn't want their windshield installation done right at home?!

In the past I've used Safelite for my windshield replacements. I've always been happy with their service. After doing some searching on Google this time, I found that Glass Doctor was substantially cheaper (I paid out of pocket) and were able to come out to my place of employment to do the replacement.....very convenient!! Their technician was great. Very friendly and he was one of those people that I knew I could become friends with....just an all around great guy (for a Canadian......LOL). Thanks Glass Doctor for the great service. I'll be back (but hopefully not anytime soon). - Bob S.

Brought my car in for a windshield replacement. The job was done quickly and professionally, and it was almost $100 cheaper than Safelite. I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor to anyone.

Guess the only thing I can say positive is that I do have a window where I didn’t previously have one. I feel like it was a rushed job and incomplete. Instead of soldering my defrost back on like it was to begin with they glued it and then unhooked it and told me not to use it for a week so the glue can dry. Come back if I wanted them to hook it back up, drive another 40 miles for them to hook it back up when it would of taken five minutes to solder it and it would of been done the correct way. On top of that the adhesive they used was way too thick and my window bulges out and doesn’t match up with the door right next to it. Don’t know what to do now because I’m scared to take it back and have that same guy work on it. He for sure didn’t care about the quality of his work. If he would of looked at it afterwards he would of seen every issue I was talking about.

I recently had a windshield replaced by Glass Doctor in Holt. Their service and communication was very efficient and professional and the staff was friendly. This was priced fairly and I would go there again for glass any car glass issues.
