“I am giving this Okemos Target a 5-star rating due to the customer service Cameron gave me in Electronics today. This guy was so patient with me when purchasing a rather large TV. He made suggestions on how to get it in my car and really worked hard to make it happen! He was also very knowledgeable on helping me select just the right TV and accessories and was super patient when other customers in line got super annoying and when my debit was having issues at point of sale! He's a gem! Thanks Cameron for fitting a 65 inch TV into my Toyota Corolla and for being a master multi-tasker.”

“I visited the store on Labor Day. I knew very little about Select Comfort but was intrigued by the sale. Every staff member was helping someone so I roamed aimlessly. Within only a few minutes I was approached by the manager who worked hard to accommodate me and the person she was working with. She got me set up so I could self learn and assigned someone to help me asap. It was a fabulous experience. Although they were busy, I didn’t feel rushed. They took the time to answer all my questions, and I left purchasing what I expect to be the best bed ever purchased in my life. Can’t wait for the delivery date!!”

“It's wild to me that there's a Target on Grand River in downtown East Lansing now. If it had been there while I was in college, I probably would've spent a lot of money there! This Target is a mini store but has pretty much anything a college student needs - snacks, beverages, apparel, toiletry items, household stuff, things for your dorm, etc. Nate and I stopped in while in town over the summer and grabbed some items.I loved the little statue of Bullseye, the Target dog, because he was wearing an MSU jersey! How adorable. They had a pretty decent selection of MSU apparel too. The self check out stations were quick and easy to use, with no lines. I don't think I'll find myself coming here often, especially since I don't live in the area, but it's definitely convenient!”

“I purchased a sofa and a sectional from Klingmans. After 2 years the quality of the items I purchased hasn't been matched, the furniture is holding up very well to our 3 kids and 2 dogs. I will say that when we were looking for furniture my wife and I stopped at 2 different furniture stores where no one acknowledged us. As soon as we walked into Klingmans our sales rep Jaqueline greeted us and was more than helpful. 5 stars for sureUPDATE. We had some older furniture from a competitor that really wore out, we stopped in and talked to James today and he got us some new furniture at a great price. Thanks again James”

“Never had an issue at any of the Pottery Barn locations we’ve gone to, but this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Called looking for an item and the individual on the phone was very helpful. When we came into pick it up, was greater at the entrance with a hello. The sales rep that helps was very courteous. After picking up the item we had purchased, we asked about another item that was showing no longer available, and they found that it 1 one was available out of a location in Maryland. Would go back again and would recommend to anyone.”
“Was greeted quickly by Laura, she directed us to the furniture we wanted to look at. We were never followed, spied on or felt rushed. Laura showed us a few different options in recliners and basement furniture. After roughly 45 minutes we made a purchase, again never felt like another number. All in store was perfect and she kept us informed on status of order. When delivery was set up for half the order it went ok, I thought the delivery guys would respect other peoples homes, the first guy never took off boots and brought in on basement carpet unwanted mush and mud, I put down a blanket to try to help prevent more of a mess to clean up, when they brought in couch the first guy pulled blanket with boots and 2nd guy walked right in and on carpet. To me it was not a huge deal as it was quickly cleaned up when they left, but if you have other than tile in basement or house take precautions. Second delivery was same as was on time and they carried recliners up steps to main living room, never took off boots of placed booties on them, thankful we have wood floors and was mopped up after they left. I give main store 100%, I give delivery people a heads up to remove your dirty boots before you walk into peoples homes. We are very happy with purchase and professionalism from Laura. Many years to enjoy.”
