I've been in a few times recently to replace a sump pump battery & have a power tool battery pack rebuild, at Nick's suggestion. Nick has provided excellent customer service each time I've been in, and he really seems to know his stuff! I will make this my go-to battery store!

Nick was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and quite helpful. He answered all of my questions without causing me to feel like an idiot for asking. In addition, he has great taste in music. As well as the best vinyl collection I've seen in years. This location is the ultimate go-to for me.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered batteries for our lawn mower that we couldn’t find anywhere else, then helped with replacement and recycling the old batteries. Running like new again! Thank you!

Hands down the most prepared, informed and customer oriented establishment within the area. Their prices are much lower than the local competitors as well.

The clerk at this store was not wearing a mask, even though they are required to do so. It appears that a previous reviewer had the same experience over a month ago and that the owner has done nothing to fix the situation.

Tried to buy battery today, but had to leave as the worker had no mask (wearing a Trump hat if course). Took my business to the shop in East Lansing where they bother to protect public health during a pandemic.
