I had an amazing experience in this store. It was about to be a blizzard on January 12 and I came in last minute for an outfit for a party. I believe I worked with Petra. She was incredible. She hopped to it and brought me so many different options along with honest feedback on what looked good and what did not! I ended up bringing home two outfits. I wore the one that she recommended that totally stretched me out of my comfort zone! I got so many compliments and had so much fun wearing it! Thank you for the stellar customer service!!!

Zero customer service. I asked them to turn off an annoying song and the rep responded that I should simply wait until it's over. I don't think they understand the level of service that is expected from a boutique. On previous shopping experiences I had always sensed that the reps had an attitude and this experience confirmed that.
