DO NOT go to this bank. I needed to open a trust account and showed up for the scheduled appointment on Saturday and they said "You are welcome to wait 45 minutes and we might be able to get to you, but we double booked you. Sorry." So, I left. I then went to another scheduled appointment for the same reason and they said, "Sorry, you need to bring in X paperwork." I specifically asked them what I needed to bring in and they said an ID because I had already sent in all of my other materials. I will NEVER go to Chase bank again. They have NO respect for their customers.

Every time when I visit this branch,there is this lady who speaks poor English always seems lost and don’t know what she is doing, she has to be told by the other lady what to do all the time,it’s getting annoying when things like this keep happening, it’s unprofessional and making chase bank looks bad.

This is an excellent Chase branch. The employees are extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. During a recent visit, the team went out of their way to help me out with an especially tedious transaction.

Experienced fraud with checking account. Froze account. Went in to Okemos branch to open new account which took an unprecedented hour. Banker told me I could continue to use my debit card until new checks arrived. Tried to use debit card and couldn't. Went back to bank and was told by the same personal banker that it was my fault because I was inserting the debit card too hard. He then told me again that I could use the card without issue. Tried again at Kroger to buy gas and card wouldn't work AGAIN. Called banker. He never called me bank. Called Chase and they solved it in three minutes. It was the Banker's fault! He didn't attach my debit card to my new account! Yet he had the audacity to infer it was my issue! He still hasn't returned my call! On the plus side, the customer service at Chase via telephone is EXCELLENT!
